DESCRIPTION:
Clocks- 4 (Four): (1) Williams, Orton, Preston & Co., Farmington, Conn., half column and splat shelf clock, 30 hour, time and strike, wooden movement, c1838; (2) Seth Thomas Clock Co., "Kitchen" clock, 8 day, time and strike, spring driven movement in a walnut veneer case, c1875; (3) Three weight German cuckoo with dancers and Swiss musical movement, c1980; (4) F. Marti, France, black mantel clock, 8 day, time and strike with visible escapement in a black slate case with red marble insets, c1889.
CONDITION:
(1) Dial with paint loss. Splat is replaced. Decent inner label. Interesting political print a later addition to lower portion of door. (2) Replaced dial. Good inner label. (3) Movement dirty. Bellows are good. (4) Slate case is in good condition. Dimensions are for the half column and splat (1) .
